The Fountain Park apartments included extensive renovations of 3 separate buildings. This four million dollar renovation project provided the area residents with 45 family units and 30 senior units. This project started in August of 2004 and finished in August 2005.

This project consists of the historic restoration and
renovation of the 50,000 square foot building into 33
residential lofts on the second through fifth floors, with
commercial, retail and office space on the main level. Building amenities include lower level storage for each
unit, a common fitness room and private |

Fifth floor units will have a rooftop penthouse with decks
on 6 units facing the downtown skyline. |

The interior renovation consisted of all public spaces, corridors, stairwells and community rooms. The apartment renovation consisted of replacing kitchen cabinets, countertops, sinks & faucets, lav faucets, all shut off valves, garbage disposals, VCT, shelving, lighting, ranges and adding a space |
| saver microwave. In order to provide a smooth transition for the tenants during the renovation, we, in coordination with the Housing Authority, provided two furnished apartments for the tenants to occupy. |
