| Neosho Office Building - Neosho, Missouri |

This 30,000 square foot historic building built in 1898 was renovated into class "A" office space. The adaptive reuse and renovation took much care to restore the ornamental sheet metal work and masonry exterior. Walnut shells were used to blast clean the huge interior wood columns and beams used to support the floors.

This project consisted of the adaptive reuse and renovation into class "A" office space. It is currently leased to the State of Missouri and private tenants. This facility is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. River boat traffic passengers stayed in the Ballantine House when it was a hotel. |

This project consists of the adaptive reuse & renovation of the historic Marquette Hotel. This 55,000 square foot hotel was turned into offices for the State of Missouri & private entities. Careful attention was needed to preserve the buildings beauty and history.
