Everlast Fitness Manufacturing Corporation - Moberly, Missouri
This facility is the home of Everlast Fitness Manufacturing. The preengineered metal building encompasses almost eight acres under one roof (302,000 sq. ft.). This designbuild project took only one year. Our client added several improvements to the project and were still able to come in under budget.
Intermodal Facility - Columbia, Missouri
This project consists of an 83,100 square foot distribution center and warehouse. The purpose of this building is intermodal movement of cargo from rail to truck and truck to rail. The facility is serviced by the City of Columbia's COLT and Norfolk & Southern railroads.
Brookstone, Inc. - Mexico, Missouri
This 212,000 square foot "high cube" with 40 foot high roof begun in March 2003 with Phase One completed in December 2003. Phase Two updates will be complete in June 2004. This very fast-paced project consisted of an expansion of the existing 178,200 square foot distribution, warehouse and office facility into a 400,000 square foot facility.
American Building - Jefferson City, Missouri
Located on the corner of Wildwood Drive and American Avenue, this beautiful building has added much needed Class "A" office space to the Jefferson City area. The 2-story, all brick building boasts ample parking, lighted exterior signage, with architectural standing seam roof, great visibility and a wooded setting.
Memorial Baptist Church - Columbia, Missouri
The design of this facility called for an innovative approach to integrating the many needs of the congregation into one truly multi-purpose facility. This was achieved by our on-staff architects and engineers working in cooperation with the building committee as a team to accurately assess their needs and provide for it in the building plans.
Stahl Specialties - Warrensburg, Missouri
This design-build project consisted of a 36,000 square foot addition to the existing aluminum foundry building. The building has a 200 foot clear span and special roof cupola to exhaust heat form the foundry process.
