Neosho Office Building - Neosho, Missouri
This 30,000 square foot historic building built in 1898 was renovated into class "A" office space. The adaptive reuse and renovation took much care to restore the ornamental sheet metal work and masonry exterior. Walnut shells were used to blast clean the huge interior wood columns and beams used to support the floors.
Park Hills Office Building - Park Hills, Missouri

Historic Ballantine Office Building - Boonville, Missouri
This project consisted of the adaptive reuse and renovation into class "A" office space. It is currently leased to the State of Missouri and private tenants. This facility is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. River boat traffic passengers stayed in the Ballantine House when it was a hotel.

This project consists of an 83,100 square foot distribution center and warehouse. The purpose of this building is intermodal movement of cargo from rail to truck and truck to rail. The facility is serviced by the City of Columbia's COLT and Norfolk & Southern railroads.
