This 30,000 square foot historic building built in 1898 was renovated into class "A" office space. The adaptive reuse and renovation took much care to restore the ornamental sheet metal work and masonry exterior. Walnut shells were used to blast clean the huge interior wood columns and beams used to support the floors.

This facility is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.River boat traffic passengers stayed in the Ballantine House when it was a hotel. |
